A bistro in a heritage building on Council Square
Dolissima is where you stop for breakfast before exploring the city, come back for lunch with the family and end the day with an aperitivo or dinner on the mezzanine.

Our kitchen is small, but the menu travels: it starts in Italy with fresh homemade pasta and pizza, passes through reinterpreted traditional dishes and, here and there, picks up an oriental note.
We are in a heritage building on Council Square, overlooking the Black Church. Inside: a wall-sized painted mural, golden lamps, red velvet, a long bar and a mezzanine under a brick vault. An intimate, welcoming place that turns any visit into one to remember.
